Pokemon Go is debuting a beloved Gen 9 ‘Mon in the Fidough Fetch event, where players around the world must complete Global Challenges to unlock the delicious dog.
Fidough is a Fairy-type Pokemon introduced in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. It looks like a dog composed of baked goods, along with some Princess Leia-style ears. At level 26, it can evolve into Dachsbun, which has a more well-baked and glazed appearance.
Fidough and Dachsbun will soon be appearing in Pokemon Go, as the game’s official website has announced that it will be the centerpiece of the Fidough Fetch event, running from Friday, January 3, at 3:00 p.m. to Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. PST.
During the Fidough Fetch event, players worldwide must perform Nice Curveball Throws in order to complete a Global Challenge to debut the dogs. The better players do, the fancier the rewards will be.
