Rockstar Games has released a festive update for GTA Online, granting freebies and newly decommissioned, flashy patrol cars. Streets across the Southern San Andreas are now decorated, ushering in the festivities with a persistent snowfall.
The studio announced holiday stockings with gifts available from December 19, 2024, to January 1, 2025. Among the goodies awaiting players are at least three new vehicles, double and triple rewards for festive-themed assignments, gifts, and returning seasonal modes.
GTA Online Holiday Events Return
Returning holiday events in GTA Online include the Gooch, Yeti Hunt, and Snowmen, named after their themed NPC and offering exclusive outfits. The Weazel Plaza Shootout event also includes an exclusive pistol and a Season’s Greetings Mk II Skin if you take out the criminals.
This update also introduced content rotation with removing Stockpile mode and adding the Entourage (Festive Remix) featured series. The latter is a face-off between Elves and Krampuses, helping you unlock holiday-themed bonus rewards including 3X GTA$ and RP.
