When Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite was released in 2017, it failed to live up to its predecessors and was a huge disappointment to fighting game fans worldwide. While Capcom has since given up on the game, the fighting game community hasn't, and we're about to see the fruits of their labors with Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite & Beyond, which releases tomorrow, December 20.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite & Beyond Improves The Original In Visuals And Even Gameplay

This unofficial project is compatible with the Steam version of the fighting game, and requires the user to purchase the original game to apply the mod.

Developed by nearly 40 people over eight months, the mod can be downloaded for free (which might also explain why Capcom hasn't sent their legal dogs to the development team).
