Renegade Raider Has Returned To Fortnite After 6 Years And OG Fans Aren't Happy

One of Fortnite's rarest and most sought-after skins, Renegade Raider, has returned to the game after more than 2,500 days and caused a massive rift between newer players and long-term veterans.

As Fortnite has grown in popularity over the years and seen more and more new players joining late into the game's lifespan, Epic has started laying the groundwork for popular skins, crossovers, and items from Battle Passes to have a chance of returning. Not only has it recently confirmed that newer Battle Pass rewards will be purchasable in the shop, but it's also started remixing classic skins from the early days.

We will run out of things to remake, and so we will remake the remakes.

Epic's approach to re-selling old skins was arguably perfected with the remade variants we saw one chapter ago in Fortnite Remix, but it just controversially took things one step further by bringing back two extremely rare skins from Season 1 - Renegade Raider and Aerial Assault Trooper.
