DNF Duel is an extremely welcoming fighting game that I’d recommend to genre veterans and newcomers alike. The battles are tense, the visuals are out of this world and the inputs and tutorials make it really easy to pick up and play. I never thought I’d truly get into this genre of video game, but DNF Duel managed to drag me into it and I couldn’t be happier.
Outriders: Worldslayer refines the overall experience, adding a heap of new content and minor improvements that make it an essential expansion - just don't go in alone unless you're armed for bear.
F1 2022 is as authentic as you can get, with superb handling and stunning visuals, but a follow up to Braking Point would have been nice.
Cloud Gardens is a lovely relaxing game and beautiful to look at, but it gets repetitive rather quickly.
Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes takes the game you loved, spins a new yarn, and throws hack and slash combat in for good measure to create a fun, accessible experience that's incredible value for money.
Capcom Fighting Collection is a fine collection of titles, with only one real clunker – yet even that is worth a blast just to see something different.
Shadowrun Trilogy has a ton of atmosphere, and if you're looking for a strong narrative RPG you could do a lot worse.
The new killer is a lot of fun, but everything else about the Roots of Dread Chapter update will probably disappoint Dead by Daylight fans.
Disgaea 6 Complete is a huge improvement on the Switch version of the game, and is worth diving into Dood!
Final Vendetta is a love letter to classic beat-em-ups like Streets of Rage and Final Fight, offering just enough to keep you playing.
Freezer Pops is a fun visual novel full of sexy man meat, it's just a shame the writing isn't up to scratch.
Shredder's Revenge isn't an overlong experience – but it is also generous in terms of content, challenge and replayability.
Neon White is as addictive as it is challenging, with plenty of replayability and varied gameplay, looking gorgeous at every step. It's a magnificent take on the FPS-genre, building complex and thrilling levels where simply pulling the trigger isn't enough.
Silt is a beautiful looking game, but the sluggish movement and lack of checkpointing make it hard to recommend.
Pac Man Museum + is certainly packed full of arcade entertainment, but not all of its games were created equal.
Jumanji: The Curse Returns is a fun multiplayer card game, but there just isn't enough reason to play it for very long.
Deadly Premonition 2 on PC features some improvements to the Switch version, but a fair few issues are still present.
The Quarry is one of Supermassive Games' best titles, harking back to the glory days of Until Dawn for all the right reasons.
Mario Strikers: Battle League Football is great with others and offers plenty of opportunities to shoot, pass, and play the beautiful game despite there being few modes to choose from.
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is a fantastic RPG, and is simply a joy to play on the Switch.
