It's technically impressive, gorgeous, accessible yet challenging and definitely worthy of your gaming collection.
Fast, fluid, bloody, disgusting and yet so beautiful. It's an amazing successor to the 2011 title that one-ups it in nearly every way. Diverse characters, plenty of modes and a robust suite of multiplayer options make it a must for fans of Kombat.
If you've been the conductor of the hype train since 'Project Beast,' you absolutely won't be disappointed. This game is what you've been waiting for and more. Sure certain key features are a little wonky or perform under- par, but they don't ruin the act
OlliOlli 2 is absolutely overflowing with content. It's challenging, addictive, and gorgeous -- an absolute must-have for high score chasers and skate junkies.
A brilliant mix of tabletop RPG, card game, deck building and real-time combat resulting in one of the best digital experiences of a physical board game.
Something for everyone. Hardcore purists can spend days perfecting their scores in Evolved mode, while new players will certainly like the allure of a single player campaign that teaches them how to play the game
A huge world with tons to do and tough decisions to make. Inquisition will take you away from your job, wife, kids and responsibilities, and it's totally worth it.
All the new additions make the latest entry in the Samurai series feel fresh, and certainly worth a purchase for fans of the series.
Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate, as the name suggest, is the definitive version of the third Orochi title. Brimming with content, it's a game that will consume you with the amount of things to see if you let it. However, it's still a Warriors title, so if you've been turned off by the series before, this one won't do much to change your mind.
If you weren't able to play The Last of Us on PS3, then definitely check out the Remastered version on PS4. It's honestly a must-play for any PlayStation owner. If you did play it on PS3 already and want to experience it again, well, have at it. The Remastered version only improves upon what you already loved. And adds to it as well with all of the previously released DLC already included on it.
Even if you've already played through Guacamelee! when it first made its rounds on the PS3 and Vita, the Super Turbo Championship Edition is packed with enough new content and tweaks, that it more than begs you to dive right back in and bust some skulls.
If you are a baseball fan and own a PS4, then MLB 14: The Show is definitely worth the purchase.
When all is said and done, it's a perfect combination of gaming elements done right that you'll want to play again, all the while debating the realities of Cloudbank, its citizens and the Transistor.
Child of Light isn't the type of game we're used to from Ubisoft, but it's the type of game this industry needs. It's hard not to look at the game and admire its beauty, but underneath the gorgeous visuals is a thought-provoking story that'll draw you in. All of this rests on top of polished gameplay with enticing mechanics.
Trials Fusion doesn't change up the formula drastically from its predecessors, but adds some nuances that helps it distinguish itself. It might come with a few graphical hiccups that detract from its beauty, but the fun factor eclipses any of these issues.
Tomb Raider was already a gorgeous game, but seeing it on one of these newer consoles is breathtaking.
TT Games' LEGO Marvel Super Heroes presents a nice break from the complex sports titles and intense shooters that overrun the console. That's not to say the game doesn't offer it's own action, but it's much less in your face. Plus, it's LEGO.
With better visuals and gameplay that both young and old gamers can enjoy, Skylanders SWAP Force is an addictive adventure through the Skylands that I'll be playing for the foreseeable future.
It's a simple, small game that hits all its marks. What more can we ask for?
With a heavier focus on ship exploration and combat, a giant map to explore full of cities, settlements, ancient ruins as well as loads and loads of hidden collectibles to find, your time spent in the West Indies is going to be largely enjoyable.
