If you're looking for a great multiplayer experience on the Switch you don't have to look any further than ARMS. The fighting system and mechanics are deep and a ton of fun while the characters and world built into this game really immerse you while you're battling.

Being motivated and invested in continuing the family legacy is refreshing because as a player, you actually see your hard work pay off in front of your eyes as your Sim children grow into young adults.

While straightforward and basic, Black And White Bushido is a ton of fun, especially since it allows up to four players to play on the same screen. Gameplay is fast and relentless, making rounds quick and engaging.

Creativerse is a well-built game and features powerful tools that can allow for elaborate structures, but will need continued support from players for the game to succeed. As of right now, the player count is well into the millions, so the future looks bright. If Creativerse can maintain and build on this community, things will only improve.

Overall, Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers is an impressive port for fighting game and Street Fighter fans. This addition to the Nintendo Switch library is much-needed and proves that the Switch can handle the rigors of a fighting game, especially in portable mode. It's going to be great to get more fighting games in the future on this platform.

While the Nintendo Switch is getting a lot of attention, Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia is a great reminder that the 3DS can still deliver great games. This is the first must-own 3DS title of 2017.

Puyo Puyo Tetris won't make converts out of those uninterested in Puyo Puyo or Tetris . Neither has been changed substantially for their latest outing. But those who still enjoy the occasional round of either puzzle game shouldn't hesitate to add the new mash-up to their PS4 or Switch collection.

For the first chapter in a new series, Guardians of the Galaxy doesn't make you want to keep going. Hopefully the story can pick up in the next chapters to let Guardians stand shoulder to shoulder with the other great Telltale games.
