Game Kitchen not only delivers a beautiful and accessible metroidvania that welcomes newcomers to the genre, but also provides a decent challenge for the more experienced and demanding players with an exquisite art direction.

If you want to spend fun time with family and friends, you can definitely buy it to enrich your Switch collection, as it is not really an expensive game. However, if you were expecting a revolution in rhythm titles, that's something you're not going to find; but we can say that at least it entertains the people.

Sea of Stars is much more than just a tribute for games like Chrono Trigger and Golden Sun. Sabotage created a truly special RPG experience that deserves to be considered as a GOTY contender.

In conclusion, Starfield is a video game that shows the love on the part of Bethesda, it has enough attention to detail in both its main and secondary missions. Not to mention the open-world sections with an entire galaxy to see, offering hours and hours of content to completist players.

FromSoftware did it again. Despite no following the soulslike formula and returning to an old franchise, la studio behind Elden Ring manages to deliver a epic, modern and very well design mecha game the definitely, is a GOTY contender.

Ascendant Studios made a good first try with this game, which if you manage to dominate in combat can be entertaining for the user, especially with the amount of magic available. Of course, I would not recommend it to everyone, since some technical and repetition aspects may not be completely pleasing, especially those who do not have patience.

Fort Solis is an interactive experience that would've worked better on rails thanks to it's awful map and UI. With no enemies, consequences for failing and apparently no way to lose the "game" or die. It's a 4 hour story with no replay value floating helplessly in a space full of truly stellar games released only in 2023.

It is a very robust video game and, without a doubt, one of the best two-wheeled simulators in the history of entertainment, but it is a reality that it is not a product aimed at the general public, since its level of realism and simulation can be an obstacle for casual gamers who prefer to opt for a more arcade alternative like Forza Horizon, to receive immediate fun in return without having to fully immerse themselves in multiple customization options that require a lot of patience, dedication and above all, predilection.

Disney Illusion Island is a great introduction to the metroidvania genere, but things like a slow pace and a very simple level design, stops it from being a better game.

With a simple style of play that can become boring soon and with the need to repeat a couple of scenarios several times to move forward and unlock their game styles little by little, Exoprimal becomes Capcom's first setback in 2023 when it had a great streak of releases in a row.

Pikmin 4 is the next step for the series. Taking de classic formula, the game elevates it in so many ways. One of the best games of the year and a must have to every Switch owner.

Everybody 1-2-Switch! It's a game that can be entertaining but not for long, and that's precisely due to the small number of mini-games that it brings with it, being easily surpassed by the previous installment. In fact, the possibilities for something ambitious were right there, but they weren't properly harnessed.

Pikmin 1+2 are bare bones remasters of the first tow Pikmin games, but they are pretty good new versions in HD. We've loved to see some extras, but they are great games none the less.

This remaster version of Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective is a great way to revive the Nintendo DS classic, but the lack of real extras are a pretty importante downside.

Park Beyond is a pretty decent amusement park management simulator, because those who are supporters of this type of title are going to love the creativity with which one of these themed centers can be created from scratch. Although for first timers, it could be a bit tricky to tackle at first.

It only remains to say that it is one of the best racing games made to date and without a doubt the most outstanding in the world of Formula 1, since it is faithful to its roots, maintains its essence, as well as adding new features such as the exciting and deep F1 World mode and the long-awaited return of the Braking Point narrative production.

This remaster of We Love Katamari complies with bringing the experience of years ago, and it is that there was never any talk of doing a remake or something similar, just bringing it to a new audience. If you don't want to plug your PS2 back in then it doesn't hurt to buy it, and if you've never played it in your life, I think it would be a good window of entry.
