New Super Lucky’s Tale remains a charming and accessible 3D platformer full of colorful worlds and simple fun. However, the PS5 version feels like a missed opportunity due to its lack of meaningful DualSense features and limited technical improvements.

7.5 / 10.0 - Reigns: The Witcher
Mar 31, 2026

Reigns: The Witcher successfully blends the addictive decision-making formula of the Reigns series with the rich world of Geralt of Rivia. Its humor, branching stories and clever use of Witcher lore make it a surprisingly entertaining spin-off, especially in short sessions.

8 / 10.0 - Sumerian Six
Mar 30, 2026

Sumerian Six makes an excellent transition to consoles, successfully adapting its tactical stealth gameplay and complex controls to a gamepad. Combined with strong technical performance, this version stands as a great way to experience the game outside of PC.

Screamer is a bold reinvention of arcade racing, blending anime-inspired storytelling with one of the most unique driving systems seen in years. Its emotional narrative, stylish presentation and deep mechanics make it one of the genre’s biggest surprises of 2026.

Greedfall: The Dying World takes the series in a more tactical direction, offering strategic combat, deeper RPG systems and a fresh perspective on its colonial fantasy setting. While pacing issues and technical rough edges remain, the world and lore are still compelling enough for genre fans.

Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is a spectacular evolution of the series, delivering a surprisingly mature story, excellent exploration systems and deep monstie customization. Capcom once again proves it is at the top of its game with one of the strongest JRPGs of the year.

5 / 10.0 - Apartment No 129
Jan 30, 2026

Whilst Apartment No 129 delivers in some areas, such as the puzzles and the sense of horror, the truth is that it falls short in just as many others, including level design and the combat system, amongst others

9.5 / 10.0 - Cairn
Jan 29, 2026

Cairn is a well-rounded game that I’d recommend to all kinds of players. Its gameplay and art style make it a truly polished title. The inventory management, the planning involved in the climb, and the memorable moments from the ascent of Mount Kami all combine to make it a unique game, and I’d go so far as to say it’s one of the best indie games we’ll see in 2026.

The combat is the standout feature, and the sheer number of commands, styles and attacks, combined with the appeal of the skill tree, make this one of the best games in the genre. Visually, the game looks stunning on the Nintendo hybrid console in all its modes, making it even more irresistible if you’re a fan of musou games

5 / 10.0 - Tatari
Jan 20, 2026

It’s still a Japanese horror game with good intentions. It gets a lot of things right, but it’s let down by technical flaws. That said, it has a good story and some decent, clever puzzles, and it’s worth acknowledging the work of the studio founded by two brothers who have good intentions and certainly the talent to grow.

This is a Metroidvania game crafted with great care and attention to detail. If you enjoyed titles like Ori or Hollow Knight, you’ll certainly love MIO. It’s more accessible than the two mentioned above, but that doesn’t make it any less of a game. If you’re a fan of the Metroidvania genre, you simply must give MIO: Memories in Orbit a go.

7.5 / 10.0 - Nuclear Throne
Jan 11, 2026

Nuclear Throne is as simple as it is addictive. This game presents us with nothing but a single challenge: to reach the final level and beat it. To this end, it features a series of rounds made up of procedurally generated levels. In these, every game takes on a dynamic quality, forcing us to constantly adapt to each situation

This is a DLC that not only expands the original game but also adds new features to it. The third-person perspective suits it down to the ground, although it’s true that some of the animations fall a little short of expectations

9.7 / 10.0 - Halo Infinite
Dec 6, 2021

The Master Chief's latest adventure feels very solid and has quickly become one of my favorite titles of the year. It is difficult to find FPS with better sensations at the controls than those that Halo Infinite has transmitted to me. From its gunplay, through its artificial intelligence, its performance and of course its spectacular sound section. Without a doubt, an adventure designed for the enjoyment of the player.
