It is a story full of love and poetry, which brings into play the point of view of an inanimate object, that ball which is the true protagonist of the story , to which we constantly return throughout the story. It is also a story that teaches us how unimportant winning is.

The scenarios are well drawn but in general do not expect miracles. Very beautiful, however, the soundtrack, which accompanies us with great awareness from the beginning to the end of the adventure.

Oblivion Remastered is a stunning visual reimagining powered by Unreal Engine 5, faithfully preserving the soul of the 2006 classic. Beyond a few tweaks, it’s a nostalgic illusion of modernity, more a loving restoration than a reinvention, with all the strengths and quirks of the original intact.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is a triumphant homage to classic JRPGs, technically cutting-edge, artistically sublime, and narratively rich. Rather than chasing trends, Sandfall Interactive embraces tradition with passion, delivering a love letter to the genre that both honors the past and carves out a bold new future.

The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy blends sharp writing with turn-based tactics, echoing the signature styles of Kodaka and Uchikoshi. While the routine can feel confining and the combat could go deeper, its strength lies in a cast of twisted, human, and unforgettable characters.

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is a strong fighting game with top-tier gameplay that proves SNK still has elite designers, though technical and content limitations hold it back. It’s a welcome return for Garou, especially in a genre grappling with its identity, even if it doesn’t quite reach the legendary heights of its predecessor.

In a certain sense it is a bit like doing parkour in an area of the MOMA, where, ultimately, you find yourself thinking of it as an obstacle course with a peculiar setting. Evocative in some parts, successful when it puts the tiny protagonist in contrast with the indefinite dimensions of the machine, it ends up being a bit of an end in itself in single player, with the campaign becoming a sort of gym to prepare for online .

But this is also part of Blue Prince and its return to a slower, more thoughtful way of playing video games, which pushes you to keep pen and paper handy, invites you to stop for several minutes to observe the setting, to think carefully about the positioning of each individual room and the actual functioning of the floor plan, and above all asks you to often abandon the path you are stuck on to explore new directions, accepting the idea of losing and finding yourself facing yet another dead end. Too much for today's market?

Haste is the game to go fast. The strong colors, the pressing music, the landscapes full of obstacles and the acceleration system are a concentrate of adrenaline that becomes difficult to do without if you are looking for an extremely stimulating video game experience.

Graphically, the game has a mix of ups and downs , acting as a pure spin-off when considering the available settings (although it is in fact a new chapter, which connects to the events of Infinite Wealth), but doing the usual excellent job with regards to the cutscenes and combat animations, accompanied once again by a solid and engaging soundtrack.

The quality is high, with some tracks that, in this case, are truly memorable. For a video game that makes music its strong point, there's certainly no reason to complain, especially considering their rhythm is so precise that practically anyone can keep time. In fact, it's perhaps impossible not to.

The splendid sensation of the brain clicking and that animates masterpieces like Return of the Obra Dinn, unfortunately, in this case is sacrificed in the name of a commanded logic.

Different speech for the mechanics of the Soul Cannon that once it is activated one of the characters dies and the game automatically saves, so you have been warned. Generally speaking, there are very small novelties inserted in the flow and in the minigames, but the structure of the formula remains identical.

As we will tell in the review of Caves of Qud , what the authors accomplished is a sort of miracle that inevitably pushes us to reflect on the idiosyncrasies of the modern medium.
