The Tarnished Edition proves this once again on Nintendo Switch 2, retaining the game’s quality in almost every aspect while offering a complete experience that combines the original game, the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, and additional new content, all in a version you can now take and play wherever you go. Despite a few shortcomings, particularly in terms of technical performance, longer loading times, and occasional responsiveness issues, these problems do little to diminish the enjoyment, visual quality, and artistic direction that have made Elden Ring one of the most beloved games among players looking for a challenge. Most importantly, this massive adventure can now be experienced anywhere thanks to the Nintendo Switch 2’s handheld mode.
