Mafia: The Old Country largely follows in the footsteps of the first two installments in the series, possessing nearly the same strengths and weaknesses, but failing to deliver on its best aspects with the same level of brilliance. The story is good, but it doesn't live up to the brilliance of the previous installments, and the gameplay and mission design suffer from numerous issues, in addition to being another release riddled with the usual technical flaws of the Unreal Engine 5. All of this makes The Old Country a good experience, nothing more. It has its beautiful and enjoyable moments, but in return, it has a fair share of flaws.

Wuchang Fallen Feathers is one of the best Souls-like games inspired by FromSoftware's games. Wuchang offers an enjoyable combat style, supported by a flexible progression system, and these aspects stand out thanks to very good level design and epic, challenging boss fights that are among the best in games of this genre. The problem with Wuchang is that its story doesn't do a good job of grabbing your attention, and the game sometimes lacks originality, copying some of the ideas we've seen before, to the point that it even retains the same flaws. Still, it's ultimately an experience worth playing.

Mercury Steam decided to create a different action game, both in combat style and weapon crafting and customization. However, unique ideas alone are not enough to make an excellent game, as there were other aspects of Blades of Fire that fell short, such as the story, enemy placement, and main objective design. Additionally, the low production quality showed a negative impact due to the game’s length and ambition, resulting in an overall average-level game.
