7.5 / 10.0 - Metal Slug Tactics
Nov 13, 2024

Metal Slug Tactics is an interesting addition to the Metal Slug franchise, bringing a fresh approach that mixes nostalgia with innovation. While it doesn't revolutionize the tactical strategy genre, the game offers a fun and challenging experience that lives up to the series' traditional charm and difficulty. However, performance issues and a lack of cohesion regarding information within the game ended up breaking my immersion far more often than I would have liked.

7.5 / 10.0 - NecroBouncer
Jun 29, 2024

Overall, NecroBouncer is a basic roguelite and doesn't try to be anything more. It avoids the mistake of forcing mechanics or situations beyond its scope, and that shows that many times the basic is enough. With simple mechanics, Alchemy Sheep's title is easy to learn and a great option for people who'd like to try out this type of game for the first time.
