If you're a fan of G.I. Joe and enjoy street fighting games from the arcades and 8- and 16-bit consoles, and enjoy some casual fun — especially in local co-op with friends — Wrath of Cobra might be worth checking out. However, if you're hoping for a beat 'em up with more innovation, polish, and depth, you might want to wait for a sale.

Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics is, in my opinion, a very interesting combo for those who like the Marvel and Capcom universe and who, like me, had access to, if not all, most of these games in their arcade or console versions.
