Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 preserves better than it modernizes. That phrase probably best summarizes my experience with the collection. The stories remain excellent and represent some of the most important moments in Metal Gear. Especially Metal Gear Solid 4, which finally ceases to be limited to the PlayStation 3 after so many years.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost of Hope is a fitting expansion for a game that has been getting better and better with time. Even though it has some minor flaws here and there, I feel it was time well spent and an excellent addition for anyone starting or continuing their adventures in the Zone.

Twisted Tower features a theme that kept me extremely immersed from beginning to end. The puzzles scattered throughout the environments were also a great success and kept me interested in discovering what awaited me in each new room at all times.

Mortal Shell II is a fun game that managed to satisfy my lifelong craving for quality soulslikes. The game also builds upon the solid foundations of its predecessor, albeit simplifying certain aspects, and is certainly worth checking out.

The Sinking City 2 is an excellent survival horror game. It delivers an intense journey with captivating characters whose stories I enjoyed following throughout the campaign.

No More Room in Hell 2 is a great choice for those who enjoy cooperative shooting games and are looking for an experience where simply shooting each other isn't always the best solution.

Mistfall Hunter is an extraction ARPG that delivers a quite satisfying experience for a first release from Bellring Games. Despite still having issues with repetition, narrative, and interface, its mix of PvP, progression, and combat manages to sustain an interesting experience, especially for those willing to delve deeper into its premise.

Duskfade is not trying to reinvent platform games in 3D, and perhaps it is not necessary. A Weird Beluga is aimed directly at a generation marked by names like Jak and Daxter, Ratchet & Clank and Kingdom Hearts, but it manages to do more than simply reproduce that nostalgia.

Despite its flaws and strengths, Wild Blue Skies is a good choice for rail shooter lovers and for Star Fox fans who don't own a Nintendo console to relive the nostalgia. The game perfectly captures the essence of the genre's classics and delivers a fun, accessible, and challenging experience, especially for those who enjoy replaying levels in search of better scores and different paths.

This is perhaps the saddest summary of Agefield High: Rock the School. There's a good idea here. There's even a game that, in some small moments, manages to be fun. But, in the version I played for this review, there's mainly the feeling of a work that reached the end of its development long before it was truly ready for a final evaluation.

Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls arrives as one of the best surprises for those who enjoy fighting games. The mix of frenetic brawling, charismatic characters, impeccable audiovisual presentation, and a generous amount of content makes it very easy to recommend the game.

SENARA: The Sacrament is a survival horror game that may appeal to fans of the genre, although it doesn't do everything perfectly and leaves much to be desired in some aspects. If you enjoy the theme, or the naval setting, I believe it's worth checking out.

Splatoon Raiders does exactly what a good spin-off should do: it respects the essence of the franchise while introducing enough new ideas to justify its existence.

ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs is one of those games that wins you over with the care put into every detail, not by trying to reinvent the genre.

Beast of Reincarnation could have presented its qualities earlier and better organized its numerous systems. Even so, combat, narrative, and soundtrack grow together into a final sequence capable of rewarding persistence. It's an experience that takes time to blossom, but reveals, in its second half, a much better game than its first few hours make it seem.

Lies of P: Complete Edition is a very interesting soulslike that, I admit, I waited too long to start playing. The game has some really cool features that it almost always manages to deliver successfully, in a way that makes you want to keep playing from beginning to end. I found the setting magnificent, especially the visuals of the city in the base game and its DLC. I liked the more aggressive and varied combat, the content we have access to, and the fact that the game ran perfectly in portable mode.

The atmosphere is stronger, the gameplay has improved even further, the defense finally responds better, and Dynasty has received relevant, albeit limited, layers. The game understands better than Madden, in fact, how to transform an American football game into an enjoyable, fast-paced, and readable game.

For players who want to explore the world of RPGs more deeply, BLUE REFLECTION Quartet is a good option. Due to the amount of content included in the package, the collection offers dozens of hours of well-spent gameplay. Individually, however, the titles could have benefited from more new features.
