Halo: Campaign Evolved deeply modernizes the presentation of a historic campaign, but it cannot completely hide a structure designed in 2001. With no nostalgia for the franchise, I found lengthy missions, shallow objectives, repetitive environments, and combat that rarely demanded more than pushing forward, recharging my shields, and shooting. Technical issues weighed even more heavily, as separate progression-blocking bugs prevented me from advancing in both the main campaign and Operation: Meteorite. Longtime fans may find enough value in the new content and revamped presentation, but newcomers have more modern, varied, and reliable shooters to choose from.

Anyone who has never visited Spira will find a vast and historic adventure here. Those who specifically want to play in portable mode will also have a good experience. Still, at full price, the best option is to wait for a sale.

As a fan of the franchise and an admirer of fighting games, I am very happy to attest to the quality of Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game. The character selection is quite respectable, and five additional characters have already been announced as DLC. The system is incredibly fun and very accessible, despite an apparent initial complexity.

Denshattack! is one of those games that reminds me why I love video games. It doesn't want to be a cinematic epic, it doesn't want to make deep social commentary, it doesn't want to reinvent the wheel. It just wants you to pilot trains at absurd speeds, perform tricks like you're playing Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, and come away with a silly grin on your face. And it succeeds. Easily.

D-topia is an experience with great ideas. The game presents a reflective world, with charismatic characters who create intriguing and exciting relationships throughout the campaign. However, it fails to evolve many of its concepts beyond the initial level, ending up as a product that wastes some of its own potential.

Moss: The Forgotten Relic doesn't completely replace the virtual reality experience. The absence of a headset reduces the sense of presence, makes exploration more direct, and weakens some of the closeness between the reader and Quill. It also highlights the simplicity of the first book, especially in its combat and the low variety of enemies. Even so, the charm remains. Quill continues to be an extremely charismatic protagonist, the world retains its visual identity, and the relationship between character and player still produces moments capable of bringing a smile. When Book II enters the scene, the adventure gains more variety, better puzzles, bosses, and a more elaborate narrative.

Star Fox on the Switch 2 is certainly the definitive version of the single-player game. The controls, visuals, sounds, and overall experience are impeccable. It has quality for any enthusiast of rail shooters and aerial combat games, and fans of the original have a real treat in their hands. On the other hand, the playtime is quite limited by current standards. Four to six hours are more than enough to exhaust the campaign content.

For fans of Frostpunk 2 who want a new sequence of moral dilemmas, Breach of Trust has its value. The premise is good, New Edinburgh is an interesting setting, and the relationship with Aurora leads to tense decisions. The campaign also presents a different kind of crisis, mixing famine, energy, war, and volcanic threat. However, I wouldn't call this DLC indispensable or even unmissable. It's short, linear, and doesn't significantly expand the base game.
