Pizza Fria's Reviews

Oct 25, 2024

It's hard to recommend this project even to the target audience that is a fan of games with "anime girls". The game doesn't even give names to its few characters and still has a mediocre variety of art.

5.8 / 10.0 - The Precinct
May 13, 2025

Even though it provides fun moments, especially for those who enjoy free exploration in open worlds, The Precinct is a frustrating experience for those who expected a natural evolution of the dynamic patrolling concept.

Starship Troopers: Extermination is a chaotically fun game, especially for you to play with friends and de-stress after a tiring day at work. However, keep in mind that you will encounter bugs, and I'm not just talking about the giant insects that you really wanted to find to exterminate, but also collision errors, such as soldiers stuck in rocks or floating, insects appearing out of nowhere in front of you, and very crappy explosion and flame effects, like in the early days of video games.

6 / 10.0 - Despelote
May 18, 2025

despelote is a work with a strong cultural identity, which aims to tell a personal and meaningful story through video games. However, by prioritizing its documentary aesthetic, the title compromises the gameplay and doesn't deliver a satisfactory interactive experience.

6 / 10.0 - Steel Seed
Apr 22, 2025

Steel Seed's great dilemma lies in the fact that it presents promising ideas, but which constantly come up against clear limitations in execution.

The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication is an experience that doesn't reach its full potential, but it can still be worth it for players who enjoy good puzzles and isolated moments of tension. As long as you don't expect a horror masterpiece, the game can deliver something to enjoy, as long as the player is aware of its limitations.

6.4 / 10.0 - Funko Fusion
Mar 9, 2025

Funko Fusion had everything to be a great game for pop culture fans, but ultimately delivers a fun experience only for a more casual audience.

6.4 / 10.0 - Eternal Strands
Jan 27, 2025

Eternal Strands is a game that dares to mix RPG, survival, and management elements in a rich and challenging world. It shines in its battles against giant foes, its creative use of magic, and its visual presentation. However, the slow progression, excessive resource gathering, and lackluster soundtrack may put some players off.

6.4 / 10.0 - Until Dawn (2024)
Oct 18, 2024

With so many better options available for PlayStation 5 and PC, it's hard to recommend Until Dawn Remake to anyone who's already played the original. It's a title that didn't need a remake, and frankly, shouldn't have gotten one.

It’s a bit difficult to recommend SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada. Sure, fans of extraction shooters and mechas will find something to enjoy, but only if they pay the appropriate taxes. However, it’s hard to enjoy the game when you think about how much you have to “work” to get basic things, something that unfortunately shouldn’t happen in paid titles like this.

Although the premise is interesting, the narrative didn't shine as it could have, and I thought the humor and characters ended up being too forced.

6.5 / 10.0 - Mists of Noyah
Sep 14, 2024

The feeling that Mists of Noyah left me with is that everything could have been more. The foundation is solid and it's there, but the title can't quite cope with the bunch of mechanics and influences it embraces.

6.5 / 10.0 - Tokyo Clanpool
Jan 16, 2025

Even with a story that doesn't dedicate itself to working or subverting its clichés, it's straight to the point and the visual and sound competence help the narrative to move forward without too many problems. If you can overcome the "barrier" that is the game's UI, and random battles don't bother you, Tokyo Clanpool manages to entertain you throughout its surprising 30-40 hours of campaign.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime ISEKAI CHRONICLES is an experience that will probably please, to a certain extent, only people who already know and have some investment in the franchise. The little explored mechanics, in addition to the repetition and the dragged-out plot, do not help to either hold the attention of those who do not know anything or to be a gateway for the curious.

6.8 / 10.0 - Bubble Ghost Remake
Mar 26, 2025

Bubble Ghost Remake is a visually beautiful and technically competent homage to a classic from decades past. However, its gameplay structure, with short levels and unintuitive controls on traditional platforms, gave me the clear impression that the title would have fared better as a mobile game.

If you're not a fan of the franchise and are just looking for a good shmup, I don't recommend it. There are much better and more affordable options on the market.

6.8 / 10.0 - Tinkertown
Nov 4, 2024

I have to say that Tinkertown didn't quite hit the targets it aimed for. Although the title has its moments of comfort and joy, a series of small, somewhat strange design decisions and other structural issues prevent the game from reaching its full potential, which, to be honest, exists in abundance.

Life is Strange: Double Exposure fails to achieve the emotional impact that the series delivered, especially in the first title. With a narrative that paves the way for future games more than it closes narrative arcs, the title feels incomplete.

Oct 27, 2024

The content of the new single-player campaign is, at best, average. It's hard to justify the investment of almost R$250 for three good characters, the promise of other future fighters, which we still don't know how they will work, a few skins, arenas and a tiny story mode.
