Man in Black Most Wanted is a fun VR game with a solid writing for Man in Black fans, unfortunately it is rough around the edges and can be unresponsive, but it's overall a good experience, especially for a Quest 3 native game.

Octopath Traveler 0 it's a JRPG that doesn't start well, with just the combat system saving it from boredom, yet it comes into its own as the game progresses ending up in a great prequel by ACT III

Ultimately, Once Upon a Katamari is a new Katamari, with some very nice new features but without any choices that significantly alter the experience. Whether that's good or bad depends on your opinion of the previous games. For me, it's good. It's not a lazy sequel, but it might seem that way if you're not a fan of the series. The team's desire to create something special can be seen in the variety of stages, the attempts to create new gimmicks to accompany the classic levels, and the soundtrack. In fact, the new tracks in Once Upon a Katamari are beautiful and perfectly maintain the style I've become accustomed to from the old games. Once Upon a Katamari is another Katamari, for better or worse. New gimmicks enrich the experience for fans of the saga, and the new songs are delightful, but the experience is very faithful to Katamari Damacy. Personally, I've always been a fan of the saga, and Once Upon a Katamari was exactly what was needed after a fourteen-year hiatus.

Bye Sweet Carole is a strange experience, depending on where you focus it could be an unforgettable game or a mildly frustrating mess that comes together nicely but stumbles around while getting to the amazing conclusion.

Little Nightmares III Review of an excellent horror game in the puzzle platform genre that began with Limbo. It remains the best the genre has to offer despite the change of direction at the helm, as well as a breath of fresh air for Supermassive Games productions, whose creatives have been able to experiment with something different, creating an interesting work.

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Remake is essentially identical to Sky but with some objective improvements in terms of aesthetics and gameplay. So, as far as the “remake” is concerned, there is practically nothing to complain about. However...Trails in the Sky has limitations that cannot be overcome by a remake.

I concluded my adventure with Silent Hill f with a sense of satisfaction that I have experienced with very few stories and even fewer video games. But the most special feeling that the game leaves you with is during the experience itself rather than at the end. Discovering that a Konami product, in the triple-A sphere, is so inclined towards risk and uncompromising artistic expression, which is now only found in indie games, moved me. Starting a second run and being confused by the first dialogue, only to discover that I was a quarter of the way through the experience, prompted me to play with a consistency I haven't had since reading Umineko in high school. Searching for the pieces of the puzzle led me to be disappointed by some strangely unadventurous choices, only to be proven wrong shortly after by the constant reassurances that the team had a clear vision. Rarely does the writing of a video game allow itself to tell its story so courageously, except in the best indie games of recent years. For me, Silent Hill f does not clash with Silent Hill 2 Remake, nor does it clash with Resident Evil or the most important narrative games of recent years, it clashes with Mouthwashing and Fear and Hunger. It's not Silent Hill for everyone, but for me, Silent Hill has never been for everyone and never should be. In the very nature of psychological horror, there is a filter that makes it strange, sometimes disgusting, sometimes too heavy. Silent Hill fully embraces everything that makes Japanese psychological horror special, even at the cost of losing some long-time fans along the way.

Forbidden Skies is a gem of the survival genre but not a perfectly polished one. Due to technical hiccups and an overabundance of copy-paste places, it does not reach excellence, still it's well worth your time and money.

From the premise, the story of Atelier Yumia could have been very beautiful. An investigation into an empire fallen into disgrace because of a pseudo-magical power, carried out by a girl who uses the same power but for different purposes? Simple idea, but effective. The distrust of the cast towards Yumia is initially a good sign that the writers want to exploit the facets of alchemy to create a nice dilemma on the responsibility of technology and the process, something easily applicable to the modern world by changing the various magical terms with names of potentially destructive technologies such as nuclear power. Unfortunately, however, the writing fails to convey what it wants to convey well. The characters fall in love with Yumia too quickly and the tension that made her interesting vanishes before the first real villain is even introduced. The mystery at the base of the story is nice but rather timid. With stories of this type, which will inevitably go to remember other greats of the genre such as Xenoblade, you need to give a very specific imprint and believe in your own means. Atelier Yumia fails to make itself particularly interesting, something that Harvestella had managed to do, to name a game with a relatively similar story in concept.

Wednesday is an excellent visual novel, as well as a phenomenal script that speaks with great care and awareness of a very heavy topic such as sexual abuse of minors. It is certainly a work that hurts, especially because it is really well written, but it is also a story of hope that awaits those who manage to open their eyes to face their traumas. Net of the various trigger warnings that the game warns of (and also allows you to skip some scenes that, although not graphic, come close to showing the abuse or the more physical consequences of these) I think it is a work that should be discovered by as many people as possible.

Faced with a game that for two acts seems to go around in circles around nothing, for one seems like an interesting spin-off of itself and for the last two becomes a beautiful DLC of its predecessor, I find it difficult to reach a clear conclusion. Analytically, this game would still reach sufficiency, percentage-wise the content that entertained me is more than that which bored me. However, the "bad" part is at the beginning, which makes it difficult to approach both for another run, and if I have to recommend a first run to someone. In the end, the conclusion I reached is that I liked the overall experience. It is not a masterpiece, I find the choice to drag out the broth to make it a standalone chapter frustrating but what works, works really well. Unfortunately this is not the sequel that Daybreak, a game that today in retrospect I would easily give a 10, deserves. But it's not a bad Trails and fans of the series should give it a chance, even if only as a bridge to the next chapter, Kai no Kiseki, which was released to much greater success and which I can't wait to play.

Cold VR is a game that relies entirely on the gimmick of being "Superhot in reverse". In my opinion, it's best interpreted as a boomer shooter with a slow-motion gimmick and in that light, I find it really fun. If you enjoyed Superhot or even if you just have a VR headset, give it a try. However, don't expect the many creative and interactive options of its "big cousin"
