Pokémon Legends: Z-A successfully balances the mechanics that worked in its predecessor, incorporates other essential aspects of the main series, and presents a highly entertaining adventure alongside the pocket monsters through Lumiose City. The title isn't perfect, of course, but with an innovative combat system and such a well-represented exploration of human-Pokémon interactions, it's impossible not to see Legends: Z-A as a major step in the right direction for the franchise. Now, the expectation is that the next generation of games in the main series will follow the same path of creativity and exploration seen here.

If it once seemed like Yooka-Laylee was trying too hard to be a new Banjo-Kazooie, now it seems the title has finally embraced its own identity. Ultimately, Yooka-Replaylee does what it sets out to do, reimagining the original adventure without losing its essence. Whether the new version of the title puts it on par with its predecessors remains to be seen; but I believe the future may hold good new adventures starring the chameleon and the bat, based on the mistakes corrected and the lessons learned from the remake.

PAC-MAN WORLD 2 Re-PAC is a complete package and an enhanced version of an already great title: revamped visuals, new level additions, reimagined bosses, a main hub with more activities, and even a new multiplayer mode. Of course, some drawbacks from the original World 2 still remain, such as the camera, which can be unpredictable, and the short length of the adventure—those who don't want to search for all the collectibles scattered throughout the levels or complete all the missions can finish the game in a few hours. Ultimately, the remake demonstrates the developers' special affection for the adventure and the character, bringing back one of the most acclaimed titles in the Pac-Man World franchise. There's a good balance between the (many) new features and the original content, and now we can't wait for the trilogy to be complete, when Pac-Man World 3 will surely receive the same treatment.

Henry Halfhead is a quaint and short adventure: controlling the objects is very fun and witnessing Henry's life is, at the very least, curious and compelling. The final sequence is very beautiful, making the message of valuing small moments stronger. I just felt like it was lacking in more areas, more objects with various functions and a slightly more extensive journey. Despite the small issues, it's worth experiencing the title and slowing down a bit – before the crazy routine becomes too much for one's (half a) head.

Hollow Knight: Silksong improves on virtually every aspect of its predecessor and adds several new features that make the game a unique experience. The result is simple: this is one of the best titles released so far in 2025. Hornet's journey is highly addictive and shows us that, despite being long and full of anxiety, the wait for Silksong was worth it.

Time Flies surprised me positively and has become one of my favorite games this year so far. We get a fun title, with many clever ideas, unique backgrounds and even philosophical moments (the last sequence, to me, was one of the most remarkable [moments] I've seen in recent times) — and all this in a simple and quick to complete package. Maybe this is also the only weak point to the game: I felt like it should have more areas to explore. Nonetheless, Time Flies is a must-play to those who are looking for a short, remarkable and fun experience on Nintendo Switch.

Drag x Drive entertained me more than expected, with fun controls and satisfying gameplay. The graphics are great, and I didn’t experience technical issues. However, it lacks local multiplayer, has few customization rewards, and limited game modes. While the Joy-Con controls are well done, the game feels incomplete, lacking the signature Nintendo charm. It’s fun for a few hours, but without extra content, it could easily be forgotten as a tech demo for the Nintendo Switch 2.
