More of the same. Almost exactly the same, in fact. Cities XXL is only worth looking at if you have never played the previous XL titles. And even than, wait for a sale.
HB Studios has tried to create an exciting rugby experience, but the game has emerged disappointingly under-developed. The wait for an excellent new rugby game continues.
An interesting concept which is let down by the resource system and the repetitive nature of the gameplay.
An OK selection of VR sports mini-games which come with their own quirks. Fun for a while, but not for too long.
Diluvion has an interesting art style but the repetitive gameplay, along with sometimes irritating navigation, checkpoints and controls, may put some players off.
More stuff crammed into cities that are too small still makes the game frustrating despite Maxis' best effort. Only pick this up if you're a fanatic.
World of Warplanes needs fleshing out. In time it could be what arcade flight buffs are after but at the moment it's lacking.
Acceptable, but could have been so much better. Dirty Bomb is hampered by free-to-play nagging, small maps, and too many uninspiring matches.
A valiant attempt at recreating a Tribes-like game but it still needs some work and refinement.
From most angles, Adelpha has never looked better. But certain assets, animations, and audio keep Outcast - Second Contact closer to 1999 than the 'remake' tag might suggest.
Worth picking up if you're one of the remaining hardcore Diablo 3 fans, but it's a little pricey for what you get.
Sairento VR is pretty solid VR release that's a little rough around the edges but it should appeal to anyone looking for fast-paced action or who just wants to be a ninja.
A reasonably solid RTS that will appeal to Homeworld fans.
Blizzard has created a solid team FPS but right now it's light on content.
Digital happiness push all the right buttons with a game that will make you think and possibly even be a little scared.
A solid city builder that will appeal to most fans of the genre even if it's currently lacking in features and scope.
A solid fast fun shooter that could blossom over time and it's free so it's definitely worth taking it for a spin and experimenting with the weapons.
If you love racing and smashing things up this is the game for you. Prepare to get wrecked.
If you can handle speed then Antigraviator really delivers. A fast and fun racer.
