The game is fun to play, there just isn’t enough of it
2020 appears as if it will be big for the blue hedgehog so why not pick this up on your Switch and get ready for the ride.
Sega Ages Puyo Puyo 2 is another fine addition to the ever growing lineup of classic Sega games on the Switch.
Fans of Double Dragon and/or Kunio-kun can find a lot in this collection to enjoy but some things hold it back from being a must have.
As a fan of character action games such as these I can’t recommend the Bayonetta and Vanquish 10th Anniversary Bundle enough. Both games still look good even a decade later and performance wise they’ve never been better especially on the PlayStation platform.
Darksiders Genesis may not be the continuation of the story that many of us are waiting for but its attempt at taking an established franchise and turning it into a fun dungeon crawler was successful.
Some things can be improved like the bugs and amount of horde maps but overall this one is worth dying for.
Code Shifter looked cool to me when I saw it but after playing it I walked away feeling pretty disappointed.
7th Sector is an immersive, atmospheric puzzle game and despite some frustrating puzzles it’s well worth checking out.
There are far better JRPGs out there to play than this so avoid it unless you can find it on a deep, deep sale.
The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics has some flaws but overall I walked away feeling good about it.
Skellboy is an enjoyable enough adventure title that I’d recommend giving it a shot at some point.
A good twin-stick shooter but I can’t say it did anything to really make it feel memorable like some other games in the genre have.
If you enjoy visual novel/adventure titles like this then Coffee Talk is an easy recommend.
For those who still like a challenge you don’t have to use the new features as they are just an additional option. Sure the visuals aren’t the greatest to look at but the gameplay alone makes this one worth picking up.
Sega Ages Fantasy Zone is yet another great port from developer M2. The game has a wealth of new features that should help anyone who struggled to make it through the game in the past. It still looks great and since all of the Sega Ages titles are priced at just $7.99 it’s hard to not recommend giving it a shot if you enjoy shoot’em ups.
It doesn’t do anything to stand out and rather just does things that make me want to recommend you pick up one of the many other twin-stick shooters out there.
If you enjoy games with twisted worlds and dark aesthetics then Tamashii is a game for you.
Strainium Immortaly is a bit of a mixed bag to me as it has a lot of things I like but also some things that make it feel a little unfair.
The Universal Monsters Pack for Pinball FX3 is fun but with it only offering two tables it’s not one I would recommend to rush out and buy.
