Overall, the game has beautiful graphics and aesthetics but it’s not enough to save the game from the monotony of its gameplay. I wouldn’t go as far as saying that it’s unplayable but it’s that kind of game where you just want to play it once and check what it’s all about and then forget about it to move on to the next game.

Overall, One Piece Worldseeker is a game that is best enjoyed as an anime rather than a game. There are just too many factors that make me not want to continue playing it or even dream of playing it. But I'm sure One Piece fans would disagree. The game really has a lot of potential but it seems like it was too shortsighted with its dream.

5.5 / 10.0 - Dark Rose Valkyrie
Jun 22, 2017

Overall, Dark Rose Valkyrie is trying to be a game that will supposedly surpass all the other JRPGs but instead it flops hard with all the mess it created. It’s trying to be too many games all at once and it can’t seem to decide what it should be that it loses its identity among all the features. What could have been a breakout game became a game that I would easily want to forget.

6 / 10.0 - Rust
Jul 16, 2021

Overall, if you’re not a fan of having to always end up with nothing this game is not for you. Rust Console Edition will definitely appeal to people who like a challenge and would like nothing more than to prove themselves capable of surviving in a dog-eat-dog world. Otherwise, I think it’s best you stick to other games that allow you to play at your own pace.

6 / 10.0 - Hitchhiker

The thing about this game is that it doesn’t sell itself based on its gameplay nor how anyone would ever want to play this game. Its biggest hook is that the game is all about the journey and discovery and that sense of escapism that most games usually don’t provide. It is an interesting game but it’s a game that I feel is not suited for everyone. But if you are just looking for a game to escape to. A game that will help you de-stress and just enjoy the visuals that it offers, then I would say this is a game that anyone should be interested in playing.

Overall, The Amazing American Circus has a good premise but the execution fell short for me. I walk away from this game an unsatisfied audience flinging tomatoes at the performers. You’d have to really be interested in this game to want to buy it.

6.5 / 10.0 - Agents of Mayhem
Aug 29, 2017

It’s definitely a fun game if you just want to lay waste on the world but other than that the gameplay becomes repetitive in time and it made me feel like once I’m done I don’t want to go back and play it. If you’re just looking for another open-world game to dive into, then go ahead and get it but if you’re after a game with an enriching story then this one is not for you.

6.5 / 10.0 - LocoRoco Remastered
May 23, 2017

All in all, this game is definitely not made for children as they would easily get frustrated by the puzzles and traps in this game. It's a puzzle platforming game at its core and if you just want to waste some time then this game is for you. But if you get frustrated easily with platforming then I suggest you look elsewhere.

6.7 / 10.0 - Mulaka
Jun 29, 2018

Overall, the game provides a very refreshing take on action/exploration genre. The variety it gives and the many places you can travel provides enough entertainment to keep you playing for hours. The story is definitely not it’s strongest aspect but it does make up for it in terms of gameplay. The puzzles were also entertaining for the most part but they can get repetitive along the way. The reason why I say this is because it’s as basic as collecting three stones to unlock a door and then defeat the monster from within that door. Although there are segments where the game gets creative with how you obtain these stones.

I do appreciate the effort that Capcom did in providing us with this DLC but I was hoping for some single player story mode that would fill up the other parts of the main game or even a coop mode for some multiplayer fun. Instead, we got a DLC that could end up in the forgettable bin.

6.8 / 10.0 - Livelock

It's a good game but the game came a little too late as there are other top-down shooter games which can deliver a lot more entertainment than what this game can offer. But if you are just looking for another game to dive into and finish, then it is a game worth picking up for its price.

6.9 / 10.0 - Obduction
Oct 6, 2017

The game also offers three endings to the game which makes it replayable. But unless you are a fan of puzzles then you might not want to get back into this game. Obduction is a great exploration game but I don't think it's a game that's for everyone. It requires a lot of patience and perseverance and the knack to just turn every stone unturned. If you like a good puzzle game, then this game is definitely for you.

Overall, I do believe the game is interesting at best if you just want to challenge yourself and become a detective but this is not how I envisioned myself as a detective. Agatha Christie – Hercules Poirot: The First Cases is a good game but you’d have to really be into this detective stuff if you want to give it a chance.

7 / 10.0 - Vampyr
Jul 18, 2018

Overall, the game is enjoyable when you don’t encounter the game breaking bugs which more than often happens and it can be frustrating when they do. Even in the current patch when I tried to update the game, those bugs have still not been quelled. I hope that in the future that they can fix the PlayStation port because I feel like they did not really give that much attention to it and just focused their resources more on the PC release.

All in all, I feel like Chloe and Rachel’s story has already been cemented in history. That all we’re actually playing is a story that has already been set in stone. Although, Life is Strange: Before the Storm had its great moments, I could never truly say that the moments were something I had an influence on. The title for this episode definitely describes what I felt after playing the game: Empty. The only silver lining to this game is that it just made me want to dive back in into the world of Max Caulfield which was really the masterpiece that it was.

Although I do appreciate that we get more airtime with the Guardians and experience their relationship with each other firsthand, I just felt I was being deprived of the action. I wanted more space fights, I wanted more action sequences. I wanted to see all of the Guardians in action. I wanted to see the chain of command jumping off from one Guardian to another. I didn't really get to experience that here. It was too far and few in between. The game needs to step it up and I hope that they can improve next episode.

After all that’s said and done, Telltale delivered a game that has a nice story but not compelling enough to be part of the mainstream season. Sure it was a game that had lots of surprises and twists but at the end of the day it was not the game I was really hoping for. I still have high hopes for next season and hopefully we get a season that we finally deserve.

7 / 10.0 - Perception
Jun 9, 2017

Overall, Perception is a relaxing yet tenseful game. A game that lets you experience how it is to lose sight. I can’t imagine having to navigate their world this way and all I can say it’s making me see them in a new light. It makes me thankful for my sight and makes me realize that blind people make do with what they have and still enjoy life as it is. I applaud the developers for bringing this experience to us that which makes me more considerate of what a blind person has to go through everyday.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew is a fun simulator game. It lets you experience manning a spaceship in outer space. It’s a nice little escape if you’ve ever dreamed of going beyond the space frontier. I really loved staring at its visuals. The vast expanse of space was just breath-taking. I just wish that we could have played this game without having to be always online. But if you have the means to do so, then I would recommend that you play this game. I’ll see you guys in the space frontier. Long live and prosper!
