A fun game to play overall, especially when played in short bursts. There is a lot of content to explore, a wide variety of game mechanics to master, and plenty of replayability offered.
A great sequel to a great game. SteamWorld Dig 2 takes what made the original fun and expands on it, adding several new features to keep the experience fresh.
Great game all around. The combat is satisfying, the upgrades are cool, and the wuxia elements that make the genre fun are all present. Definitely recommended for fans of platforming beat ’em up games.
An overall solid entry to the series. There may be a couple weaker games included, but the majority are a blast to play with both friends and family.
Maintains a certain degree of complexity while also being simple enough for newcomers to enjoy the experience. It does suffer from a bad UI and a general lack of sound, but still enjoyable regardless.
A weird experience, but combined with the good puzzle design, it definitely is worth it. The platforming can be frustrating at times and the game cannot seem to decide if it wants to be linear though.
Although CTB may have some technical flaws, it is still a great fighting game at its core. The streamlined skill/combo system shakes up the formula in a good way and the large cast helps too.
