It is pretty clear to me that Activision wanted to make the purest remaster that they could while still bringing the quality of life changes that everyone deserved in 2020. In my personal opinion, this is the best title of the year, especially with the fact that I can play it at a constant 60FPS with my 2700x and 2080 and it is as smooth as butter. There are fast load times and even smoother bail transitions which allow you to get right back into the action faster. For 40.00 USD you can't go wrong with two blockbuster games in one and we did purchase this one on our own to prove it.

Overall, WRC 9 is one of the most realistic racers that I have had the fortune of playing recently. It is full of great graphics and a level of realism I would want for many of my other games. Be careful as you drive down these back roads and paths as you race against the time of other drivers and have fun with it. I have streamed it a couple of times not because tons of people have been watching but simply because I want to share my love for the game with others. Overall, Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues hits home with me and I am sure it will hit home with the other lovers of the Karate Kid universe. The show on Netflix has been amazing and this game is amazing as well. The music and mechanics are great and give you a real feel for the 80's nostalgia trip. Overall, #Drive is one of those feel-good runners where you just have to lose yourself to the gameplay and have a good time. Finding out what is going to happen to this company as they work on their game is what pushes everything forward. How will it end? The overall feel of the game is great and I would recommend it to any fan of the RPG genre. Some things seemed out of place for the type of RPGs I like to play but each person has their own preferences. Midgar Studio did a fantastic job of putting this title together and it is currently available on steam for 29.99 USD and the Digital Deluxe version is also available on sale at the moment.
Overall, Valheim is a fairly complete game even though it is still in early-access. It suffers from some of the normal bugs and glitches that you see in other early-access titles but it also has a lot of content that is wonderful and works well. It is a great group game if you have a bunch of friends who feel like building Norse villages and going raiding. You can get this on Steam right now. I can't wait for future updates.
Overall, this Switch version stands up right next to the other versions of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, and I was pleasantly surprised by it. While some things could be better in the game as a whole it doesn't deter from the overall enjoyment of the story of Dragon Ball. I personally would like to have seen this one start all the way back in Dragon Ball when we first meet everyone, which would truly be a Kakarot story. It is now available on the Switch for 59.99 USD. Have fun with it.
Overall, Riders Republic takes what makes Forza Horizon great and puts an X-Games type twist to it. Biking, Snowboarding, and wingsuit races will make you want more action as you complete story missions and events to earn sponsors. Overall, Infernax is a title I didn't know about a week ago and has quickly sucked me in and become one of my top titles to play for 2022. It is available starting February 14, 2022. The game has lots of customizations for your very own space liner ferrying people from one place to another. You can purchase the title on Steam and on the Epic store as well. At the time of writing the price was not shown. If you want to have a nice relaxing time this is a good game for you.
This Dead Space remake was done exactly how any remake should be. It was brought to life in a new engine with updated mechanics while staying true to the source material, and it looks beautiful when you play it. The combat, the exploration, the side quests, everything was meticulously put together in this remake to make it better than the original. It makes you wonder how long it will take for Dead Space 2 and 3 to be remade.
Overall, 8-Bit Armies is a game that deserves your attention, and it will be getting a lot of attention from my son and me in future days and weeks. For the low price you can't go wrong, and with how easy it is to learn you can have hours of fun by yourself or with some friends.
Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age Remastered is one of the better ports I have played in any game series. I played entirely in handheld mode and only ran into the problem of recharging the system every three hours of gameplay or so. You can once again get lost in FFXII with all updated graphics and gameplay. And if you've never had the chance to play it before, any Switch owner and RPG lover would do well to pick this one up.

Versus Evil concludes their amazing trilogy the way most companies should endeavor to finish out a game series. This thrilling final chapter released with a $24.99 USD price tag, which is very good for the type of game it is.
