Building on the good and fixing some of the worst from recent entries, WWE 2K19 finally breaks through and gives us our first legitimately good WWE game on current generation consoles.

Even though SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy brings together some of the best and most popular females from the SNK Universe, a creepy story mode that lacks content and an overly basic combat system relegates this game to the lower end of the fighting games of recent.
The Messenger is easily one of the best indie games in recent years where you can see the passion of the developer in nearly every aspect of the gameplay, complete with some unique twists along the way.
Even without any new stages being added outside of Angel Island Zone, the inclusion of Encore Mode and two new playable characters with Ray and Mighty make Sonic Mania Plus arguably the best in the series' history from both a quality and content standpoint.

Taking inspirations from other series, Shining Resonance Refrain returns the long running Sega franchise to the West for the first time in over a decade. Mixing a cliched story story full of enjoyable characters with a simplistic combat system, Shining Resonance Refrain can provide you with hours of fun, but certainly is far from a must play game in the genre.
The original Unravel surprised many people when it originally released and Unravel Two is an excellent continuation of that game. The game may feel quite similar to the first one, but there is still plenty new here to enjoy for both those that played the first or those who didn’t and just want a fun new puzzle platformer.
Those who have played a Quantic Dream game before should know somewhat what to expect from Detroit: Become Human. However, there is so much more to be found in the game with the excellent narrative that you have complete control over.
Even with very little being new in Dragon’s Crown Pro, it still manages to be the same great game that it was before. For those looking for a fun beat-em-up with a twist for your next party, Dragon’s Crown Pro might be just the game for you.
MLB The Show 18 may not exactly bring us any new game modes, but the changes all throughout the game in physics, presentation, and new features make MLB The Show 18 another grand slam for the series.

For anybody looking for the next grand scale RPG on the market, The Alliance Alive really isn't going to be that. Those looking for yet another fun little adventure focused on characters though will likely find plenty of hours of enjoyment out of The Alliance Alive.
With a cast of charming characters and captivating story that areinterwoven with downright fun gameplay, Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is without a doubt going to be right in the thick of the Game of the Year races at the end of the year as one of the next modern classics.
With once again fantastic combat and movement style, Attack on Titan 2 is definitely worth checking out for fans of the series.
While you typically knew what to expect from a new Sword Art Online game in the past, Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet turns that idea on its head with a completely different third person shooter experience. It certainly is nowhere near the best RPG out there right now, but getting to jump into the world of Gun Gale Online this time around makes Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet well worth it for fans of the series.
Verdict Building off the foundation of Metal Gear Solid V, Metal Gear Survive had some potential that was mostly squandered, though still far from being an awful game. The co-op missions with friends can be fun and the game itself performs well enough, but the tedious structure of the game and the inclusion of awful microtransactions make Metal Gear Survive one you might want to think about skipping.
