Devil May Cry 5 is a testament of Capcom itself. Not only the ship has turned around but in less than a month, the studio have shipped two game of the year contenders. The story of Dante, Nero and V is a refreshing one and the gameplay is easy to learn, and pretty hard to master.

Falcon Age is an interesting adventure with a great setting. The Falcon is definitely charming and the whole cast have some great character development moments, the gameplay isn't as deep as you wish but is good enough for a VR game. Even if Falcon Age is playable without the VR headset, the meat and bones of the game appear with this peripheral.

Bend Studios new IP since Syphon Filter is definitely an interesting setting with some good characters. Unfortunately the narrative doesn't have a good pacing and the gameplay can feel repetitive most of the time. Is a beautiful game to look at and the Freaker hordes are terrifying and fun to fight, but the good moments go pretty far in between.

NoCode second game is just brilliant. Observation is a “walking sim”, that easily can make us feel like HAL 9000 in 2001: A Space Odyssey. The studio created a story filled with tension and an unexpected ending. Also the art direction and interface design is one of the greatest I've ever seen this generation.

After the successful Retro City Rampage, Shakedown: Hawaii takes the things to a new level. The game not only features a even better cast of characters, 16-bit graphics and some great mechanics, but also a pretty funny script even is the main character is a POS. The game also works great on PS Vita.

Fade to Silence is a game with proper survival mechanics and an interesting story. Unfortunately the game forces you to play the way they want and for players that want a more relaxed and casual experience, the situation won't be ideal.

Blood & Truth is one of the greatest experiences in PlayStation VR. With a James Bond-esque story, the game has some great action sequences with a lot of goons to shoot and a plethora of weapons to use, London Studios shows us the kind of games we should see more often in VR.

CTR is back and it looks better than ever. After all the improvements we saw with the N-Sane Trilogy, Nitro-Fueled is a wonderful remake of an already great karting game. The difficulty curve and be a tough sell for some people but this is a great way to experience CTR if you're new or someone that played it on PS One years ago.

Darksiders Genesis is a welcome change to a kind of stale franchise. Airship Syndicate work is definitely a good one, although the pacing of the story can feel weird sometimes and the camera is definitely a problem that can make the combat experience a little bit clumsy.

The Foundation gives new powers to Jesse and also shows us a little bit more of the story behind the Old House. Unfortunately, the story feels a little undercooked in favor of the newfound abilities of the director which due to the nature of the game is not great.

Moving Out is a fun experience (even if you are playing alone), but the game lacks in some areas if you compare it to other games of the similar genre.

Journey to the Savage Planet first DLC, Hot Garbage brings a lot of interesting ideas to the game and is a worthy new content. Unfortunately the game doesn't take fully advantage of some of its new mechanics.

Streets of Rage 4 improves the classic Beat'Em Up mechanics and brings them to the new generation. The game does not have a lot of replay value but everything it does, it does it in the best way.

Void Bastards is a fantastic Roguelite game. But even if is more accesible compared to other games of the genre, it can also feel harder in a lot of times due to the way some mechanics work.

Golf with your Friends is one of those games that doesn't reinvent the wheel, but is a fun and easy-going golf game to play with friends locally or online.

Ion Fury brings the old school shooting to the new generation. Although the controls are a little bit clumsy (specially with bosses), the game can be a frenetic and fun experience.

No Place for Bravery tells a fantastic story about glory and family. Although the gameplay falters at some points and the performance is subpar on Switch, the narrative supports the experience as a whole in a surprising game from Glitch Studio.

Immortality is one of those games that take you by surprise and keeps surprising you even after the credits. Even if the gameplay can feel a little stale after a few hours, the mystery behind Marissa Marcel is crafted meticulously with a fantastic payoff in one of Sam Barlow's best games.
