A game that was nearly perfect just got even better. Without much fuss, just with an aesthetic treatment and improved controls, we are facing an experience that is in no way behind the most recent releases. This is truly an excellent Metroid 3D, with a challenging exploration and suspense component, facing a planet full of dangers and mysteries. A highly recommended game for lovers of the genre and anyone who owns a Nintendo Switch.

8 / 10.0 - Remote Life
Jun 20, 2022

Remote Life deserves a lot of credit. A game made by a single person, where the small flaws are easily compensated by the risk of joining two different genres in a very original title. A frantic and at the same time scary Shmup, highly recommended for lovers of the genre.

Triangle Strategy is, without a doubt, a TRPG worth playing. Both those who have recently discovered a love for the genre (due to its level of accessibility) and long-time fans of TRPGs (as it is quite similar to older titles) will have a worthwhile experience here. The title presents us with a beautiful story, in which the player himself decides both its chapters and its end, as well as an eye-popping combat system. In the end, any player will certainly have the feeling of a fulfillment!

Bravely Default II learned from the mistakes of the previous titles in the series on 3DS, offering a richer and more traditional experience than that of its predecessors. This, in a way, ends up also being his Achilles' heel. Both his gameplay and narrative hardly innovate, compared to what so many other games of the genre have already accustomed us to. Still, Bravely Default II is undoubtedly a competent addition to Nintendo Switch's growing solid collection of JRPG’s, which should not pass up with lovers of this genre.

Very much like the first volume, Namco Museum Archives Volume 2, presents a set of solid well known titles for NES and Namco old school fans. The compilation considers a good variety on genres, with some titles more interesting than the others. From these, Gaplus and Mappy Land provided us with amazing hours of good fun! While being a solid collection it still fails to provide additional content, similar to the Japaneese version. Also, a better care of some of the most well known titles could ve beneficial for the compilation. Most important, these two volumes should be delivered a a single pack, which indeed would be a must have to any gamer worth of the name.
