Unfortunately, BioWare has some work to do to bring Star Wars: The Old Republic’s Legacy of the Sith expansion to the same quality level as previous expansions. The product’s delay failed to address many glitches and bugs, and developers appeared to ignore community feedback throughout PTS servers and beta testing. As a result, the story’s short length is underwhelming for an expansion celebrating the game’s tenth anniversary, but hopefully future updates will fix existing bugs as time goes on. Players who enjoy SWTOR’s core gameplay and stories may be satisfied with Legacy of the Sith but shouldn’t expect to receive as much content for their money as previous expansions offered.

Overall, Doctor Who: The Edge of Reality is an excellent vision improperly executed for non-VR systems. Dedicated fans of the Doctor Who franchise will enjoy becoming one of the Doctor’s Companions, despite the eventual headaches that transpire from forced restarts. The journey’s story could be enjoyable with a few polishes, which Maze Theory and Just Add Water will hopefully add with future updates, but as it stands now, only those desperate for an adventure with the Doctor should pick up Doctor Who: The Edge of Reality.

Starship Troopers - Terran Command is an enjoyable addition to the RTS game genre, especially for franchise fans. The title fails to introduce revolutionary changes that set it apart from its competitors but offers a new sci-fi adventure. Its characters aren't particularly memorable, and its glitches keep it from becoming a masterpiece, but Starship Troopers - Terran Command delivers on its most basic promises. Fans of the best RTS games could receive a pleasant addition to their gaming collections, while movie fans can experience enjoyable callbacks to a beloved franchise.

Many gamers likely remember Outriders' difficult launch on all platforms, which featured dozens of visual glitches, crashes, bland gameplay systems, and unfinished touches. However, the game's previous New Horizons update and the Worldslayer DLC have redeemed it in many ways. Worldslayer's biggest appeal is its increased loot pool and finalized endgame, but players shouldn't expect more than a few dozen hours of gameplay before running out of content. The existing bugs aren't enough to completely ruin the DLC, and are likely to be fixed with a launch day patch or later update. Those who enjoyed Outriders after its New Horizons patch (or are looking for an opportunity to join the franchise) should experience Outriders Worldslayer.

Nightmare Reaper is a thrilling, gory, blast-from-the-past that hits all the right spots. FPS fans eager for a retro game change from the industry's sea of open-world titles should give Nightmare Reaper a try. By restricting levels to a pixelated, 2.5D environment, Blazing Bit Games has delegated many resources to other mechanics that make this rogue-lite a phenomenal enjoyment. While players may struggle with the nuances of retro shooters, especially considering the high-end, open-world norm of many new industry titles, Nightmare Reaper is centered around a learning curve. Challenging gameplay combined with charming features and Easter eggs makes this an adventure that players won't want to miss.

The only flaw in Risk of Rain 2’s Survivors of the Void DLC is that the Railgunner and the Void Fiend are incredibly overpowered. However, once Hopoo Games balances both classes, Survivors of the Void is shaping up to be the best addition to the game. The new Survivors, enemies, and levels provide Risk of Rain 2 with much-needed content that appeals to new and experienced players.

Not For Broadcast provides players with a seamless simulator experience, steadily building tension while maintaining constant satirical humor. The propaganda simulator is worthy of several playthroughs to unlock various endings and experience different dialogue, but the game’s humor is enough to make any player come back for more.
