While it would be nice to see Toriko as more of a character, everything else in Void Terrarium is bursting with charm.
I'm hoping Panzer Paladin gets ironed out post-release because despite the above paragraph, the game is a huge amount of fun when it works.
Neon Abyss is a highly playable action-roguelike with a huge number of perks and weapons to take on the ever-growing horde of monsters that show up in each room.
While the difficulty level is unbalanced everything else in Shantae and the Seven Sirens works together to create an incredibly entertaining platform-adventure.
Skelattack doesn't know what it wants to be but despite this I did end up getting just a little more enjoyment than aggravation out of it.
Minecraft Dungeons is a capable all-ages dungeon crawl that, while doesn't use its license to anything like its full potential (see Dragon Quest Builders 2 for how to do it right), is still good fun once it gets moving.
While SnowRunner has a few quirks here and there, overall it's a fantastic game of exploration and brute-force driving.
Alyx is a trooper throughout the entire adventure, and while she can get freaked out by the places she needs to go, she never stops moving forward.
Paper Beast is a unique adventure/puzzler set in a simulated world that reacts however you tell it to, once you figure out its rules.
Lumote is a beautiful game and if I've got any complaints it's that I want more.
