8.5 / 10.0 - Alan Wake 2
Oct 26, 2023

I envy you all that you are about to wake up to the world where Alan Wake 2 is premiering. It's a sensory-stimulating experience of a highly experimental nature - an interactive excess disguised as survival horror. Unique on the scale of the medium.

7 / 10.0 - Blasphemous 2
Aug 17, 2023

Blasphemous 2 is a really cool metroidvania, a full-fledged 2D soulslike and simply a good game with appealing pixel-art. It pulls you in and is able to keep the experience fresh.

Wo Long is a good starting point for soulslike newbies and some needed breather for more experienced players. They won't break a sweat, but their time won’t be wasted. Wo Long has a really well-designed combat system. Pity that nothing else is as good.

8 / 10.0 - Pentiment
Nov 14, 2022

Pentiment won’t wow you with its graphics, probably bore you with gameplay and perhaps scare away with its limitations. But it really is a perfect story with a superb script!

7.5 / 10.0 - FIFA 23
Oct 5, 2022

FIFA 23 shows that EA still knows how to make a good football game that should please the fans. It may not be a perfect goodbye to the series - gameplay has its issues and the game’s strong “TikTok vibe” can worry a bit, but there’s no denying that it definitely is a good game.

All these great visuals, puzzles, and dialogues create a really great video game that doesn’t have to be ashamed of its roots. Return to Monkey Island is more than simply a nostalgia act. It has its individuality.

Brace for a brutally realistic graphical marvel with post-apocalyptic undertones and elements of ecopunk. Endling is a gripping, poignant adventure without much room for positive emotions. It sends a message that's supposed to hurt.

Another example of Nintendo giving the players a game that seems interesting on the outside but is kind of empty inside. Mario Strikers has some updates planned, but I really hope that the big N understands one day that a full price should mean a complete game. Still, I won’t lie – Mario Strikers provides lots of fun, because its core gameplay is good.

6 / 10.0 - Loot River
May 3, 2022

Moving blocks and traversing pixelated waters of Loot River is fun, and I hope the developers will show the game’s full potential in the future. But right now, they need to fix it and make the gameplay more diverse.

9 / 10.0 - Psychonauts 2
Apr 1, 2022

If gameplay that's unremarkable at best doesn't distract you from a very original artistic & design direction that's painfully necessary in the video games business. And that makes Psychonauts 2 praiseworthy!

If you like 3D platformers from Nintendo, give Forgotten Land a chance. It will keep you entertained for a few nights, even if not everything works as it should. The basic concept and mechanics are there, but the sequel needs to expand and improve them.

9.5 / 10.0 - Elden Ring
Feb 23, 2022

Dark Souls... Dark Souls never changes. Are you sure? Because although Elden Ring draws handfuls from the achievements and mechanics of its predecessors, it contains many novelties – including this one, monumental, called the open world. Painful as never before.
