Turbo Golf Racing has satisfying ideas, but it’s hardly revolutionary, and the execution of its mechanics isn’t always up to par. The art design is colorful, most of the courses are interesting, and the pacing is fun. Sadly, the physics and controls can be a mess sometimes. This title offers just enough content and chaotic fun to balance that out, resulting in an enjoyable yet average experience.

Midnight Fight Express understands its nature and audience, excelling in every way. The combat is smooth and creative, the overall style is amusing and self-aware, and the adrenaline of its music and pacing is very appealing. This is, surprisingly, a modern-day arcade classic, and should definitely please fans of the best side-scrolling brawlers.

LEGO 2K Drive smartly wields the kart racing genre as a foundation for familiar LEGO game mechanics like creative building and open world exploration. Its casual, humorous tone will appeal to any LEGO or TT Games fan. Aside from unfortunate in-game purchases, the actual racing and LEGO construction are intuitive and offer strong replay value.
