Critic Reviews for The Last Survey
The Last Survey doesn’t provide an answer to the quandary of saving the world – how could it? – but it brings the issue to the forefront, in a meaningful and impactful way. This is a game designed to make us think, to acknowledge what’s happening in the world, and its beautifully stark presentation means the experience likely won’t leave you for quite some time.
Interactive stories, especially ones that are artistically basic, are tough to score and evaluate fairly...
The Last Survey is a two (arguably one) man play about justifications and the failure of modern liberalism to try to both hold on to capitalism and appear sympathetic to our concerns. It holds you in this limbo and dares you to justify your way out.
