The scope of the game is unmatched. After a very long time, it shows a new and highly successful direction for the JRPGs genre and sets the new standard. A masterpiece in any way. The best soundtrack ever and quite possibly my GOAT.
Fun gameplay but the story is very weak compared to Remake. There are so many times in this game that minigames get in the way of telling the story. For example, there's one part where you finally find the people you've been chasing only to ignore them and play another
