Critic Reviews for Endless Legend - Shadow
Endless Legend: Shadows adds a tremendous amount of value for a moderate price. Spying and espionage are actually useful mechanisms here and the new faction adds enough new content to make it a great buy. It's still entertaining, deep, and is very rewarding. Espionage itself is incredibly rewarding.
Placed alongside Endless Legend's previous expansion, 'Guardians', Shadows is similarly priced and has a lot more to offer in the way of content. How that content is introduced to the player could use some work, but the amount given is neither too much nor too little.
Despite the few flaws, long-time fans can safely try this out. Greenhorns, however, are advised to either wait for an update or a price drop.
