What drew me to Direction Quad in particular was its diagonal movement pattern. It's implemented in a somewhat tricky manner, but works well once you get used to it. The base difficulty of the levels is already moderate as a result and rises further through each world's unique mechanics.

Between lilies, spikes, and pixel-perfect jumps, Direction Quad works as a precision pastime, although its rigidity turns more than one level into a pure test of patience.
