Dead by Daylight developers from publisher Behaviour Interactive have named a few horror icons they would love to see added to the game as characters, including the 2022 doll M3GAN and legendary horror writer Stephen King, the man behind the novels It and The Shining. Dead by Daylight recently added the new killer The Houndmaster, which is the first-ever Killer with an AI-controlled companion, and Survivor Taurie Cain, as part of the Doomed Course chapter.
The asymmetric multiplayer survival horror first debuted in 2016 by the Canadian developer, pitting one Killer against four Survivors with the villain’s goal to sacrifice each Survivor to the Entity.
