Human Torch and The Thing were added to the Marvel Rivals roster last week. That means we're still learning the intricacies and tricks that come with the game's newest characters. Despite that, just four days on from them being introduced, some players have already become so proficient with the latest characters that they've already unlocked their Lord icons.
The more you use a character in Marvel Rivals, the higher your proficiency rank with that character will rise. The base level is Agent, next is Knight, then Captain, Centurion, and finally Lord. There are certain cycles you need to repeat to earn proficiency points, such as minutes played and enemies taken out using your Ult. Suffice to say, it takes a lot of work to rank up to Lord with a single character.
It might be accused of being a copycat game, but Marvel Rivals has thrived despite being accused of copying Overwatch.
