While Monster Hunter Wilds is among the best received games of the year, it has also come with a series of complaints. Players have been complaining about visual and performance issues since launch, along with many reports of crashing. Other complaints, mostly by series veterans, revolve around the game being too easy.

Monster Hunter Wilds is the best Monster Hunter I've ever played - but I'm not sure I've actually played it.

It seems that nobody is complaining about the game being too easy anymore, and it's all thanks to the game's newest monster, Mizutsune. The monster was introduced as part of Monster Hunter Wilds' first title update, along with the Grand Hub. While its base version is fine, it seems that hunters are struggling with Tempered Mizutsune.

Tempered variants of monsters are stronger and even feature some new attacks. While Mizutsune is already very hard to keep up with, thanks to its explosive speed and quick attacks, the Tempered variant adds hard-hitting damage as well. It's so strong, in fact, that even high level players are getting carted with one shot. What's more? The attack is so fast that it doesn't even give players time to dodge.
