Pokemon Unite is set to add Alcremie, the highly customizable Fairy-type Pokemon added to the series in Generation 8, in an update scheduled for June 12. Fans have been waiting for Alcremie's addition to Pokemon Unite for a few months already, but the wait is nearly over.

Launched in July 2021, the Pokemon-based MOBA for Nintendo Switch and mobile devices incorporates an interesting fusion of elements from Pokemon games, such as powering up during matches by catching wild Pokemon. While the game featured only 19 different playable monsters at launch, its roster size has grown to more than 70 in 2025, with the latest addition being the release of Alolan Raichu to Pokemon Unite on April 17.
