Baldur's Gate 3 merch is a no brainer. The 2023 Game of the Year winner is still ridiculously popular and has a dedicated fandom ready and waiting for some officially licensed merch. Or unofficial, in many cases, as fans have filled the void left by a lack of legit merch.
However, the officially licensed merch we ended up getting was... not great. As we covered last week, WizKids released its own line of fully painted Baldur's Gate 3 figurines, and the product that fans ended up receiving was far from the quality that was advertised. Now, WizKids is offering full refunds to anyone who purchased the $50 minis, as the company admits that it "missed the mark" on this one.
"Please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration and disappointment these quality issues caused our customers," reads a statement from WizKids, as spotted by PC Gamer. "We, too, feel the same as the final product did not meet our expectations or that of our Wizards of the Coast partner. Our teams are working to find the best solutions to resolve this for all involved and to work with you, our customers, to fix this.
