While confirming the new name of its Greek mythology IP, Ubisoft has also revealed a Ubisoft Forward is on the way next week with more games to showcase. After we reported the leak yesterday, the name of the Breath of the Wild-inspired action-adventure game Gods and Monsters has now been confirmed by Ubisoft. Immortals: Fenyx Rising is coming to next week's digital showcase, alongside several other projects from Ubisoft.
Beginning at noon Pacific on September 10 and running through the 12th, Ubisoft Forward will highlight Immortals alongside Watch Dogs: Legion, Hyper Scape, and Rainbow Six Siege. Ubisoft also promises "more yet-to-be revealed surprises" which probably still won't be Splinter Cell but by now the pain is a part of me.
Following the main show, two "deep dives" into two unreleased games will air online as well, though Ubisoft has not said which games those will be just yet. Tuning in on Ubisoft's social channels with your Ubisoft account linked will earn you several in-game rewards, including three XP boost tickets in For Honor, a Hyper Space Refract Baton cosmetic, a Year 5 events charm in Rainbow Six Siege, and a Watch Dogs Legion mask emblazoned with the company logo for watching 10, 20, 30, and 40 minutes respectively.
If you're really into the company's lineup, you can catch a pre-show which begins an hour earlier on the 10th, 11 am Pacific, which will include a Brawlhalla matchup, and more updates on games such as the upcoming Roller Champions, plus For Honor, The Division 2, and Ghost Recon Breakpoint.
