People who are lucky enough to have gotten their hands on the Nintendo Switch 2 early have confirmed that Miis are still around, and they now have "styles" instead of genders.

Despite being the face of Nintendo for a good while following the launch of the Nintendo Wii, Miis haven't really been as much of a big deal over the past few console generations. The Switch basically did away with them outside of potentially having them as your avatar, and they've appeared in fewer games over the last few years.

Now that the Nintendo Switch 2 is nearly upon us, everyone's been wondering how important Miis will be to the system, and whether they'll make an appearance at all. As it turns out, they are still sticking around as avatars for users, and their creation process has even seen a few changes.
