Palia Is Adding A Plush That's A Deepcut Reference To A Dead MMO That Fans Are Still Trying To Save

Palia has been going from strength-to-strength recently, all culminating in the Elderwood update that launched last month. With such a large update now having come and gone, Palia fans have been wondering what we can expect in the near and distant future, so developer Singularity 6 has now provided its first Palia Path roadmap, outlining all the new features that are in the works.

First, Singularity 6 outlines everything that will be included in the Radiance Rising update which arrives later this week. On top of a new event, some new quests to complete, pets, and an increased storage limit, Palia is adding a bunch of new plushes for you to spruce up your homes with. They all look pretty neat, but there's one plush that has caught the eye of a certain community.

In the video, we see a plush of an orange squirrel with blue hair described as a "familiar face" to people who enjoyed Sony's long-dead MMO Free Realms. That's because it's supposed to represent the game's mascot character, Chatty.
