Surgent Studios' Dead Take Will Star Baldur's Gate 3 and Clair Obscur Icons | TechRaptor

Tales of Kenzera: Zau developer Surgent Studios has revealed the two main stars of its upcoming psychological horror game Dead Take, and they'll be familiar to you if you're a big RPG fan.

Per a press release, the first big name joining the cast of Dead Take is Ben Starr. If you don't know the name, perhaps you'll know him from what are likely his most iconic roles, namely Final Fantasy XVI's Clive Rosfield and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33's Verso.

Joining Starr as Dead Take's co-lead is Neil Newbon, whose voice you'll likely recognize as that of perennially horny party member Astarion in Baldur's Gate 3. He's also played roles in the Resident Evil series, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, and Detroit: Become Human, to name but a few items on his resume.

Starr will play Vinny Monroe, while Newbon will take the role of Chase Lowry. In a new teaser trailer, both Monroe and Lowry's names are linked to another character called "Willie"; I presume they're both actors playing this role, and in true horror fashion, it's all going to get a little bit Black Swan.
