Eagle-eyed Hollow Knight: Silksong fans have pointed out that the game's Steam page has been updated a whopping five times in the past few days, giving us all hope that something is on the way.
Going into Xbox's Summer Showcase last month, pretty much all of us agreed that it was finally going to be the moment that poor Hollow Knight fans had been waiting for. As we all know now, though, that was far from the case, and what was actually shown ended up annoying everyone even more.
The dreaded hype-train is full steam ahead.
Instead of giving us a release window or new trailer, Xbox decided to play a few seconds of footage while confirming Silksong was coming at some point this year. It was a bitter moment that was only made a little better when Team Cherry finally said anything about it and confirmed it's not tied to Xbox and coming before the holidays. It seems that it might be sooner rather than later.
