Okay, there are probably dozens, if not hundreds, but that doesn't make the prospect of getting blown up and falling down the rankings any less awful.

While Mario Kart World, the Switch 2 entry into Nintendo's beloved kart racing franchise, has already seen a range of bugs, the latest might be the greatest one yet, offering a reprieve to all Blue-Shell-hating racers.

Over the last few days, reports have begun to appear on social media of a new glitch in Mario Kart World. Videos of the bug appear to show players in first place being hunted by the deadly Blue Shell, only for it to zip past them, avoiding wreaking chaos.
