Even Though Dragon Age: The Veilguard Is All About Solas, His Actor Actually Prefers Inquisition

Dragon Age: The Veilguard is all about Solas, after Dragon Age: Inquisition set him up as our next antagonist. Ultimately, we did actually end up working with Solas in the sequel, but he was still incredibly antagonistic, and the story revolved around his plan to restore the world of the ancient elves - damning those living in the world as it is now.

However, even though The Veilguard is all about Solas, that doesn't mean that it's his actor's favourite game in the series. Speaking at Power Con in Scotland, Gareth David-Lloyd says that he's played his way through the Dragon Age series, and Inquisition is still his favourite.

During a panel about Dragon Age, fellow Dragon Age actor Joseph Capp (who plays Elgar'nan) asked David-Lloyd what his favourite game in the series is, and he was quick to answer: "Inquisition - if you romance Solas."
