While a new Warbond set to be added to Helldivers 2 this week, there's a lot more stuff planned to be in the game, and we're not just talking about the next few months.
One Arrowhead staff member has revealed that the studio has plans for the game that extend for years, which should be good news for helldivers around the world.
Aside from the Illuminate, expect more threats to come Super Earth's way if that's the case.
Arrowhead Has Years Of Content Planned For Helldivers 2
Over on the official Helldivers 2 Discord channel, Arrowhead community manager Katherine "Baskinator" Baskin, was asked how much she knows about the game's future. Baskin replied with (via GamesRadar), "I know what's coming for Helldivers for the next few years"
She did add that nothing is set in stone yet, and this is "subject to change," which is what usually happens with long-term plans.
Baskin added, It's important that I know, so I can help develop and engage the community alongside whatever we're doing," which makes a lot of sense, given how cheeky and smart Helldivers 2's teases and reveals have been.
