PSA: Don't delete the free GTA game Rockstar accidentally gave away

Rockstar mistakenly listed GTA 3 for free last week. The mistake was a brief one - it was rectified within an hour - and exclusive to the mobile version of the game. A lot of people got wind of the error and grabbed the game for free, though, and if you were one of those people, you will now need to keep the game on your device of choice forever or risk having to pay for it.

Usually when a game or an app is tied to the account through which you initially downloaded it, you can delete and reinstall that app whenever you like, or even download the app on another device it's signed into the same account. According to Wario64, that is not the case for those who managed to bag themselves a free copy of GTA 3 on mobile last week.

For everyone's sake, let's hope Rockstar finds a way to make it 60fps.
