Dune: Awakening Is Plagued By Hackers, But One Hero Is Trying To Do Something About It

After the ban wave hit last week, it appears Arrakis is still home to a group of straggling cheaters. That's according to one Dune: Awakening player who's trying to drag the remaining cheaters into the light and face justice (or a ban, whichever comes first).

As reported by PC Gamer, one Reddit user has continued to detail the exploits of a group of well-known hackers on Dune: Awakening servers who have survived the BattlEye ban wave that occurred last week. In a Reddit thread titled "More video evidence for Funcom to ignore," user SpooN04 opens with a monologue about the cheaters, saying that all the players on the server "know their names," adding "There have been HUNDREDS of reports with evidence just like this. We have been reporting them since near-launch."

The group has inspired the rest of the server to band together and attempt to get the group of cheaters banned, but players have reported no such luck despite the "entire server" reporting the group for cheating. But this one player isn't having it. They've made it their crusade (despite countless sacrificed ornithopters) to continue reporting the hackers until they've been removed from the server.
