With a lot of mobile games on the go already, and another one on the way in Pokemon Champions, the last thing we were expecting was for a brand new one to be shadow dropped today during the Pokemon Presents. That's exactly what happened though, as not only has the new mobile game Pokemon Friends been revealed, but you can download and play it right now.
Pokemon Friends is available on iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch and should be available now, or at the very least later today, for free on mobile with additional paid content, and for $9.99 on Switch with paid DLC. The goal of the game is to complete puzzles to earn yarn, and that yarn can then be used to create in-game plushes.
You can now have a sleeping Quaxly sleeping next to you while you try to find a sleeping Quaxly in Pokemon Sleep.
The puzzles will be updated every day to make sure those interested in building up a virtual plush collection keep going back.
